Wine Fundamentals 1 & 2
The 72 hour course is divided in two: Wine Fundamentals 1 - 24 Hours An introductory course designed to provide an introduction to the basic aspects of sensory evaluation: wine appearance, aroma and flavor. Wine Fundamentals 2 - 48 Hours Curriculum is designed to build your learning. You will be exposed to all the elmenets involved in the wine business including viticulture, vinification, and regional appellation laws. Course runs once a week.
